This pre-seed proposal applies high-efficiency robotised manufacturing techniques associated with Automotive production in a Construction context, allowing for the just-in-time production of customisable modular building solutions for both domestic and commercial applications.  Optimised for remote areas, the concept proposes sustainable, cost-effective, and locally manufactured solutions for community and indigenous housing, seasonal workforces and defence applications with a focus on functional, comfortable and visually-appealing built environments.
